I didn't order or want sport crono but it is all GT3 other than missing the sport PDK button. I also engaged the suspension button and it definitely engages sport suspension and not sport PDK. Went to dealer and Sales Mamger was as shocked as I was and too a photo to show service manager tomorrow so he can contact PCA. I will keep you Guys posted. Car is truly amazing. Sales manager told me each wiring harness is made for each car based on what the order calls for. Should be ok as the PDK sport button is stand so wire should be there.
Here is first photo.
Your car is beautiful and can't tell that it's missing anything Nice color too.
Went to dealer and they took picture of console with missing button. They called me today to say they are working with pcna to see how it was missed and how to correct it. I also called pcna in Atlanta to report it and they noted in my profile and told me to work with my dealer for resolution. I will update status later this week.
The buttons should pop off with minimal effort. I'm willing to speculate this happened after the factory, someone wanting a PDK Sport button for their garden variety 911.
Two possible places: At the port or at the dealership.

Interesting theory, but I'm not sure that's consistent with what the OP posted earlier:

Since the suspension button on his car is in the top position where sport PDK should be, I really don't think it's simply a matter of having just the button lifted for a wannabe GT3. The wiring connection seems to be switched too.

So none of the buttons, when pushed, engage PDK Sport? If not, that's definitely weird.

What does the center console look like in a 991 911 Carrera? Do Carreras have the Sport function? Is it possible that a Carrera console got installed in this GT3?

Except that Carreras aren't available with the lift option and the OP's console definitely has a lift button.....a pretty strange screw up, to be sure.....

I am pretty sure the "console" itself is the same. That is why we are forced to have all the empty buttons in the GT3 (which I think look tacky myself)

That center console, with the buttons formatted and positioned the way they are, is definitely unique to all the 991 variants, GT3, TT/TTS, Carrera.
Probably something Porsche Exclusive had to create from scratch.
