I felt that the other pads I had used in the past for track in my other non p-cars were better (project mu club racer and raybestos st43). So, I kept my thoughts to myself for almost an entire season. To my surprise, Ben (blue spyder ) confirmed that he feels the exact same way that I do about the 08 pads and was just as happy as I was about the switch the 11s. At that point, I thought my experience was validated since it wasn't just me and it was from a good driver. It's not my large pccb calipers either because he was running the small standard calipers at the time, and it's not the rotors because I run brembo and he ran girodisc. Who knows that the real deal is. All I know is that I'm a pfc11 fan.

I'm placing an order with Clark on Monday for the pads. Gt3 is projected to arrive here before the end of the year (finally).
Ben and yourself have enough fast track time to validate, this sharing is how we sort stuff out.
PFC became the brakes for imsa in 2010, so Orbit put them on my car and I think I was first and as more and more users posted their like, more followed suit and with the help from Clark who sorted out all the models and to sell at the right price we all benefit. I just don't understand why Porsche pus them on the CUP and not GT3. Could have been the one part in common still LOL

That's awesome. Joe, what's your take on those versus the Pagid 29's?

I've never used pagids. I can't say anything about them from personal experience. So many people that I know and trust say that the pagids fall away after they are 1/2 way worn, that I've been scared away from them. I'm a big fan of pfc11 and use them in my spyder

Joe,
My pleasure. Hope you get the car soon so you can wear these babies out and come back for more.

sorry for the noob Q, my car will be arriving mid Jan (very excited). Will using these pads make loud squeaking noise like other racing brakes?

Probably even stock brake setups make squeaking noise right?

Actually, on my spyder the pfc11 are very quiet on track and stays that way off track until the pad deposits are scrubbed off from street driving. At that point, there is some squeal, but not ear piercing or annoying like other pads.
