Do the cup cars use 11 compound as well? Do you have the PFC rotors too?

Sam,
991 Cups are delivered with 11 compound front and rear. No one is currently
Making the 2 piece 991 rotor and hat that I am aware of. Giro Disc is looking into them but PFC has made no indication that they intend to even start. The PFC 991 Cup car rotors are different than the 991 GT3.

Should have said no one is making the 991 GT3 rotors. Giro Disc is making the 991
C2/C4 rotor.

Thanks. I tried Girodisc before on my C4S and they heat spotted bad (good pads, Pagids) very early on, I actually sent them back and got a (partial) refund.
I just put a new set of Paid 29s on (going to COTA this weekend) but am interested in the PFCs. I was told they may wear faster than Pagids. Can you tell me what should I expect from PFC pads, performance wise, compared to the Pagids, which I like?

This is a general consensus of a multitude of my customers. The RS 29 starts having difficulty
Stopping the car with about 1/2 the pad left. The PFCs are good almost to the backing plate.
The 08 compound clearly outlasts the RS 29. That said, they are not making these pads in 08 only 11 compound. 11 compound is considered to be their race compound with great initial bite. However the 11 compound will wear faster. How much faster is something I can't quantify exactly. I can tell you this I have had absolutely no complaints on either the 08 or the 11 compound.

I've run both PFC08 and PFC11. IMO, PFC11 is much better than PFC08 because it bites much better and feels more consistent. PFC08 bite will vary, which doesn't inspire confidence. I've only done 3 track days on the 11s so far, but the wear doesn't seem to be much different than the 08 so far. I'll never go back to 08 and will stick with 11. I will definitely run with PFC11 on the GT3.

Thanks, Clark!

I was a pagid fan until I tried PFC08s on my RS. I have never tried the 11 compound. I thought the 08 had less initial bite than rs29 but was more reliable throughout all brake pedal pressure. It stopped better and was more confidence inspiring than the rs29 which i loved. Will try the pfc 11 for sure if I ever get my car. Trying pagid rsc for my TTS ceramics for now...

Spartan,
Thank you. You verified the fitment was correct as I suspected.
