I'm scratching my head trying to understand which road... apart from the new highway heading up from S.Domingo... is even passable for that car. literally.. having a gt3 in DR means having it towed to your garage and parked... the roads are insanely bad, with random 4x4 crushing road humps at speed... how does he drive a gt3 there?
