According to Andrew Pine who I spoke with last Friday as a follow up call
with regards to the Action Groups meeting , if you originally ordered the
18 way seat on your 2014 build and you didn't change the seat order when
pushed to the 2015 build even as in my case the car is yet to be built we
will be refunded the whole cost $ 2635. because of lack of memory function
Folks PCNA is really going to bat in a big way for the GT3 customer
to correct/improve the rocky roll out is my opinion . You as well will be refunded the difference in cost on the sport crono option even though
there is additional function to the new version there's another $1400+/- $
back. I think you may be over complicating what will happen IMO

Road Racin: Take a look at the window sticker. The sticker that came on my car showed "memory" in the seat description. I was mailed a new window sticker about a week later and "memory" was deleted from the line! I sent copies of both to PCNA and used the words "bait & switch" I got a full refund including the additional sales tax and license charges on the seats. About $2800.

24, when you originally placed your order and you ordered the 18 way seats with memory those seats cost around $2600.
No GT3 has memory seats. I and others spoke with PNA and asked why no memory seats we paid for them. PNA realized it was a system error and is refunding everyone that ordered the 18 way with memory - 2014 only. If you ordered the standard seats those never mentioned memory.
I suggest if you ordered the 18 way with memory contact the person you have been working with at PNA and ask for a refund.

I think he's referring to a category C customer that originally had sport chrono ordered on a 2014, but got bumped to 2015 which has a more expensive SC. Those guys get refunded the difference, or rather, get charged only the $400 original 2014 SC price

One had to have had a 2014 build ,Cat C customer with the original build
including sport crono which was a $400 option then , that that group of
customers delayed and pushed into m/y 2015 builds where the sport crono
option is now $1850 even though it has additional functions than the 14,
P will be refunding the cost difference to that group of customers , one had to
be the originating commission to get that refund I believe
