Check for memory seat refund coming.
Ian just called. Check should arrive in 2-3 weeks. What a company! They could have refunded $500-1000 and I would have been very pleased but they are really bending over backwards. I personally can not say they don't care about the GT3 owners, couldn't be further from the truth.

If you spec'd the car and checked the 18 way seats with memory function, then PCNA will send you a check for the entire amount of $2400 or 2600 (don't recall exactly). This was an error on the configurator as the seats do not have memory function.

I got a call from Ian too. Apparently his records didn't show it, but I felt obligated to tell him that I had already received compensation for the seats as part of a separate negotiation with PCNA, but that they could send me another check if they wanted to. haha.
The point for those that are asking is that if you ordered the 18 way seats, PCNA should be contacting you without you having to do anything. The only thing I don't know is if there is a cutoff. At some point Porsche changed the description for the seats, so I don't know if orders placed after that time are also eligible for the rebate.

We don't need to do anything. I didn't call or contact anyone. They will contact those who ordered their cars with that option or simply mail the check. I suspect they will be calling/mailing in the order of car delivery or order placement. My car was delivered 12/31/13

To qualify for reimbursement for 18 way seat you have to have had a 2014 build be a CAT A,B, or C
customer and not changed that option , If you pickup some ones allocation that walked no $.

I am assuming if you look at your build sheet you signed and it says "memory" seats on it, a refund is coming. If you did not order the car, or your order form does not say "memory" next to the seat option, you will not be getting an automatic refund.

I'm a Cat C and my MY14 Build sheet from Feb 2014 shows "Adaptive Sport Seats Plus (18 way)". No mention of Memory. That's also what my MY15 sheet says. So I doubt I'll get anything. They must have changed the description earlier this year.

with regards to the Action Groups meeting , if you originally ordered the
18 way seat on your 2014 build and you didn't change the seat order when
pushed to the 2015 build even as in my case the car is yet to be built we
will be refunded the whole cost $ 2635. because of lack of memory function
Folks PCNA is really going to bat in a big way for the GT3 customer
to correct/improve the rocky roll out is my opinion . You as well will be refunded the difference in cost on the sport crono option even though
there is additional function to the new version there's another $1400+/- $
back. I think you may be over complicating what will happen IMO

Will the early 15s have memory? If not, are we eligible for the rebate? When I spec'd my car I believe they were still memory seats in the Configurator and I have not changed my spec since I first gave it to my dealer. Just curious.

My guess is yes you will get refund of 2635 if it was your build and not some
else's you picked up, I say that's quite stand up !
