Here is my last track, yesterday, first time there. The car performed flawless. Video Link: http://youtu.be/R81yO0MHblk
Can I ask how many miles you guys had on your new engines before you went to the track?

One thing, rotor need to be changed after 6 max track, cost about 2500 used front only. There are no other supplier for now which can provide rotor. I check with PFB

I think I have now done 2500km since the engine replacement. I did earlier in June one track with 1000km after engine swap. So far so goo flawless.

I see you have two big cracks on your window screen? Rock chips at the track or from road driving?
How have your pads and tyres held up? Very interested to know how many track days you can get out of these. Very surprised to hear about the front rotor wear. Maybe the tracks you are driving. I have friend with three track days on GT3 and rotors still look very good. But that are working hard. Expensive to buy the Porsche ones as you say but I guess no choice...

I really like how you drive, you got a nice rhythm going quickly and you and the car make it look too easy :-).
Look forward to see you pile on the track Km's, you're not sparing the car so very valuable feed back here from a good diver.
New rotors after 6 track days is a bit worrysome; How cracked are they, pictures if its not too much trouble please.
+1 with Macca, pads and tires?
Sooo... how'd the windshield crack?

6 days max for front rotors sounds pretty bad. It could be the track. The one from the video has a lot of long straights ending with hard braking turns.

Folks, after having the car for 2 weeks in February and getting it back a couple of weeks ago. I have been waiting for my track day yesterday like a kid before xmas.
I have spent the past 2.5 weeks running it in, 1500klms of hard running increasing revs as the klms increase.
The thank you goes out to those that encouraged me to stick with it, assist with camber settings, tire pressures etc.
Thanks
This is the first new car I have ever ordered and has been a dream for many years. I have owned various porches over the years but nothing that compares to this! The power and grip is amazing. The corner speed is something that will take me many more sessions to come to terms with.
Yesterday I took it to sandown raceway, Keep hot pressures at 30F and 35R had an alignment done and set front camber at -2.2 and Rears at -2
I had a couple of 6 laps sessions, then got the chance to have one of our local V8 SuperCar drivers sit with me for another couple of sessions, helped me get my times down to something respectable. 1:18.1 (Note local v8 supercars run at about 1:12 on slicks) so I was very happy for first day out.
I personally wont make any mods to the car till I sort out the variable behind the wheel, me!
enjoy, video taken with AIM Solo-DL connected to CAM bus and SmartyCam HD

Maddogoz. Thanks for the video. It looks like some of the older tracks in NZ, reminiscent of Manfield in width and length. I know its one of the oldest in Australia too. Looks like we have very similar geo. Those hot pressure are pretty much where I think I need to be next time out if not fractionally lower. What a great car!

It is indeed, very excited about this weekend, 2 days at the very famous Philip Island race track.
Will take more video
And thanks to you as I took your advice on the pressures.
