^^ Absolutely hate it, annoying and unsafe.
To stay on topic here's a clear lap, still learning!

I've had a few fun laps in the GT3 over the past few months.
Silverstone chucking it in a few corners (only the first bit is from a dash cam. The rest is GoPro)
Some fun at Anglesey for Race Of Remembrance
And Oulton Park
It's on winter tyres at the moment as a daily driver. But I'll have a new set of Cup2's on for the RS day at Oulton Park in March, and will do my best to get some more video.

Here's a 360fly video from yesterday's track day in Melbourne, Australia...it was only at 80% as it was a day for passenger rides/family/Christmas day...

As for GT3 RS, how do you get into slides?
I tried very hard to unbalance the car by slowing way down before corner and quick steer then hit the throttle only to find the car understeer.
I know this car is not for sideway action but I want to drift the car like chris harris does....
When some sideway action happens, it happens like this;
Car going into corner with right amount of speed then hit apex, applying gas gradually, feeling car understeers then about 2/3 of the turn, rear end spins out, by this time, it is too late for applying more gases.
I would do this with M3 and it will drift all the way from the apex to the exit.
The moment I lift my foot from the brake M3's rear is ready to break traction and it is super easy to drift.
GT3 RS, with its massive front traction, I thought it would be easy to break loose the rear, but it is not.
Car pushes and front understeers and when I reach the point of the corner where I dont want my rear hanging out, it breaks loose.
I am changing my tire from PSS cup2 to PSS to help going side ways.
If I fail with less grip tires, then I would relearn how to drift or stop trying to drift with gt3 rs and sell it....
Now, I am at loss....

The GT3 will generally understeer into oblivion trying to get it to 'step' on power in my experience. M3's and the like are very easy to get going that way. The only way to get the GT3 going is to come in too hot on the brakes and lift off while turning in, or downshift if you're feeling keen. Then have the fun game of trying to catch it, as it comes around very quickly.

I dont want all out grip car as fun toy, so my guess on how car will behave based on chris harris video was way too wrong!!!!!
Can you explain more about lift off part for me???

I think the GT3 is massively fun to drive, and quite predictable on the limits once you get used to the different balance. You're just going a lot faster than you would be in an M3 or the like.
If you want it to be a bit more playful it might be worth considering a more normal road tyre. On my 997.2GT3 I tried SuperSports for a session of Donington Park instead of Cup1's and found it a lot more chuckable. The understeer is also more pronounced though.
Lift off oversteer is the same in the 991GT3 as any car, just turn the car into the corner and lift off while at the limit of grip, and it will unsettle the car. The GT3 has such a lot of rear grip that it can take a bit more aggression. That's also where the good old downshift could help, but it's very brutal and can catch you out. It's similar to a dab of handbrake.
Trying any of the above where walls, gravel traps or other cars are included is not recommended by the way

At the launch of the 991 GT3, didn't Preuninger say that they had designed the car so that, by pulling both paddles at once, it would do the same thing as depressing the clutch pedal so that you could get the rear end to step out?

Yes, pull both paddles back, rev a few grand higher, turn wheel, release paddles. Your results may vary.
