Just got an email from Andrea. I had told her my dealer didn't know about the original option / no increase price deal. She said for me to give her the SA's number and she would reach out to him and set him straight! Go Andrea! I'll let y'all know if that happens.

I got my commission number on Sunday when they actually placed the order. I had put a deposit on a future 2014 allocation that they said they had for Q2/Q3. That 2014 allocation was changed to a 2015 allocation and they were just able to actually put the order in the system.

When I made my deposit they did not actually get a commission number and place the order, that may be my downfall to not having an increase in price

BTW, Andrea just called me and said she contacted my SA at dealer and left him a VM and emailed him all the necessary documents to submit for original WART option price.

Funny, this is the response I got from Ian when I asked about the sports chrono price increase today:

"...I know most options are price protected but I'm not sure about sports
chrono due to price and new features, I've asked about this as well."

Well, I am betting on Andrea! Here is her answer to that very question:

Correct, the existing features will remain at the 2014 build cost but if
you add anything new it will be billed at the 2015 cost.

Thank you,

So in other words my chrono clock option will not cost me more in the 2015
build as I had it previously in my 2014 build?

If you were moved to a 2015 slot, my understanding is you would not have to pay more for the sport chrono even though you will be getting the Porsche Track Precision upgrade.

Got a call from Ian this morning confirming that any options previously ordered on the 2014 will be price protected for those moved to a 2015...

Finally all the necessary paperwork was forwarded to my dealer from Andrea at PCNA instructing them how to file for their reimbursement for the Chrono Clock option that they are not charging me the increase for. Slowly but surely, step by step, it's getting there.

"Slowly, but surely..." -- truer words have not been spoken! Such is the path to 991 GT3 ownership!
