I would never cancel if my car has not been built. Porsche will make this car right and probable as reliable as any car they have built to date!

I am not canceling mine. Granted I have to wait until around Sept anyway (at least hopefully it still stays as Sept) but it is my dream car and they will fix the issue. Maybe if enough get cancelled my date will move up.

Checked with my dealer today and as of today, there have been no changes to my build date. My car is a late April build with May delivery...

Just going to continue to read/watch the reviews and watch this all unfold as I await her arrival...

I have a march build and still a may delivery. I agree with everyone and be patient hopefully our cars will be better sorted out. That said...if I get notice that it get pushed past June...I'll get Impatient and pick up something else. Jeff

well we are all first adopters and risk takers
buying a new model carries the risk the reward is I think we are all going to get a hell of a car

if you have one amazing drive and it then blows up I bet you'd all say it was worth it.

never waste a second

Keep your order. Take it from someone with thousands of fast driving miles on the 991 GT3. You simply wont regret it! Look at the reviews and videos if you find yourself weakening. Even Chris Harris is loving it (rumoured to have ordered RS variant). This will blow over and get dealt with, the car has been controversial since it was announced. It will remain so for a while yet. Its still the best sports car in the world you can buy for south of $250K USD IMO....

Also have an April build with European delivery. I would assume Porsche will not complete any new builds until this is resolved. It would make no sense for them to keep building new GT3's without a clear resolution to the problem.

Can't even understand the thought process. What is the cause for fear? Do you think that Porsche is just gonna give up and go "Welp, we can't fix it, let's just keep making em broken!"?

It'll get sorted. They'll get it figured out and stand by their product. Keep on as planned and you'll get the rewarding car that caused you to order in the first place.

Anyone who has an allocation for a car not yet built is in great shape. Might be a slight delay in production, but the final product will be so well sorted, likely the best of the bunch so far!

That's my hope. This Porsche will have to go overboard and really sort out this car to avoid further bad press.

Anyway, I love the car too much to stop.
Placed my order yesterday!!!
