@silverrules -- I doubt Glovis is still there. When it was there, SD Port slated ETA for 3/6. As of today, it's slated for 3/5 ETA.

Also one of the tracking sites had coordinates a few days ago that showed it was already passed the Canal...

Yeah -- SD Port updated 2/21 and 2/27 and 2/28. For 2/21 and 2/27, listed Glovis as 3/6 ETA--remembering that Glovis was supposed to be at Canal 2/25-2/26. Then SD updated again today and says 3/5 ETA.

And yes, as you can likely tell, I'm tracking Glovis now bc apparently my car was not on previous ship...so you, me, and Nick are shipmates.

My wife told me that if the ship sinks, then it would be a sure sign that I was not meant to have a GT3. Sad, but true.

Glovis close to Cabo San Lucas. Hope they don't get tempted to stop for some Corona. I would

Dos Equis. This is, after all, the most interesting car in the world.

Indeed, Mike!

Btw--does anyone know if our cars will be sitting in an external lot in SD? Or does Porsche have a covered facility?

Ugh. Weeks or months parked with grime in an outdoor lot...not a pleasant feeling.

I found this on the Port of San Diego website when I was waiting for my car. It's the Pasha Automotive Services facility for Porsches at the port. What I don't know for sure is if this is where they would hold the car longer term, or whether it's only for custom inspections and PDI.

Thanks, Mike. Sure hope that's the case. Leaving the cars outside is really not preferable...

Agreed! The boat will likely reach Baja CA today. Can't imagine it not arriving by 3/4 instead of 3/5.

Come on, PAG!!! Surprise us with good news!!!
