Port Emden entry

Agreed. I really have no clue. At this point, and after so many changes in schedule over the past several month, I've learned to manage my expectations--do I hope that the info I was fed was accurate? Yep. But I've prepared myself for an email saying, "oops, your car is actually on a different boat that will arrive a couple weeks after the VL." Regardless, it's just a matter of several weeks and it's time to prepare the garage space.

At this point, I'm just hoping for the best for all of us. The process has had its fair share of inconsistencies--the hope is that we will all receive our cars in just a matter of weeks and sooner than later.
Then, we'll be on the road and these ups and downs will be in the rear view!

Silverrules, my car is on the Glovis Condor which left port and is in the Dover Straights. I suspect your car is on this boat. We can figure five weeks from now to get our cars.

My marginal tax rate is 42% (fed only) so I don't think it'll take much biz use to justify a lease v. purchase.

Thanks Bud. I thought it was pretty fun having the long wait. I got to meet some of you fine folks and learned a lot about porsche which I never owned before. I look for to giving a review coming from the larger envelope customer point of view.

Looks like the Glovis Condor made a beer run in Brixham. After S-Turning across the English Channel a pilot boat pulled up to it just outside of the port of Brixham. Guess they ran out of beer already. Just hope they don't ball it up with a bunch or our GT3s onboard. JK
