If your car is white a white bar looks great.

But this echoes the other point about choosing the right shop to do the work.
Fair enough, and sorry if I came off snarky. It's just such a mess getting a good cage out of a car. And then you have to deal with all the holes in the carpets and panels where the tubes went, and it just goes on and on... I'd get real clear with myself that the car was going to be a track toy for the rest of its life before going with a weld in cage, regardless the number of connecting points.

Hello Tom,

I have sent you a PM but I will answer this question for all other forum members. The package dimensions are over-sized, measuring 54" x 48" x 12" and weighing approximately 40 pounds. We pack very carefully using a custom foam mold to ensure safe delivery and the packaging process takes about 15-30 minutes per roll bar. For such reasons, the shipping cost to the upper 48 states ranges anywhere between $160 to $225. For all other questions please email at Jerry@GMGRacing.com for a prompt reply.

White bar if you want everyone to know that you have a roll bar in your car. Black if you want to be more discreet.

A set of dedicated buckets probably makes more sense. I used to that in my 997.2 S. I could put a Sparco upside down in the pass seat are and switch at the track. Comfortable drive to and from. Just need to reset the airbags.

All I have to do is sell my 10 GT3 GMG RSR bar and order one of these.
