I would do the lighted door sills and the front dash in leather and pass on the seat backs also. If you do the lighted sills than go all the way and get a custom logo. Looks great!

I know I am replacing the side markers quickly with clears.
I am going to leave the rear markers red - I like how they tie in with the brake lights...the side markers are definitely a must...huge difference.

The red reflectors in the rear bumper are a required safety feature and must be visible at a distance of 350 feet when illuminated by head lights. I would be very surprised if anyone sells clear replacements. If you hate the look of them, then you could have them painted to match the body color or apply body color vinyl. I doubt that the police or inspectors would notice. But if you ever park on a dark street at night, you'll risk getting hit.

If you want body colored rear reflectors, BumperPlugs is the place.

Played a little hooky yesterday and took the GT3 out - I am more in love with this car with every minute I spend sitting in it, looking at it, wow!!! Just a beast. I have a feeling my M6 Gran Coupe is going to be having a nice rest for the next few weeks. I took the GT3 out last night for a fun drive through the LA canyons, then down to PCH, then home. So incredible on the open freeways. Such a rush of power. Here are some pics.

Got my tint and clear bra done today...turned out great. Turns out there is a pre-cut 991 GT3 front bra program, which just came out, so it was easier for the tech to do, according to him. I was glad to hear that there was no pitting yet before he put the bra on - I was worried about last night's drive! Luckily, clean bill of health before application.
Will post pics tomorrow as it was dark out by the time I left CEC. If anyone is in the LA area and needs this done, Claus Ettensberger is a pro. Great shop, all guys are enthusiasts, and a pleasure. Pricing is fair, great service. No affiliation - just a satisfied customer.

I just did front bumper, mirrors and headlights...got it done at CEC Wheels (Claus Ettensberger Corp) and they did a terrific job. I am so glad I did it last week as I went for two very aggressive drives this weekend, and it surely protected the front end.
