I'll rephrase. If you can't handle the time, don't do the crime.

Loved PCCBs on both my 997's. But $$$ if needing replacement.

Just got word from my dealer that my GT3 delivery is delayed for 2 weeks:
Vehicle completion went from 11/15 to 11/29
Delivery to Dealer went from Jan. 3rd to January 17, 2014
Any other delivery delays out there?

See what happens when you can buy a beer during your lunch break at the Porsche Factory?

I checked with my dealer two days ago and his computer still is showing completion date of 12/13/13. Did you order anything unusual like a front lifter or special color? I did not order PCCB's or FL.

In another forum someone is mentioning the first GT3 991 to be produced now middle to late october. Thats also my info...but lets see. Keeping in mind that the original plan was to build the first customer cars in late august..and mabye even the scheduled october date will have to be pushed back.

All the 991 GT3s in the reviews are pre - production cars..and customers are not allowed to drive them!

I hope you´ll get your christmas present.....

My Completion date moved from 10/18 to 11/08.
Exit San Diego moved from 12/2012 to 1/10/14.
This is my 3rd GT3 from Carlsen Porsche.

My dealer was finally able to enter my order into the system on September 9th. The estimated completion date is 12/13/13, with delivery to my dealer in Houston by 1/31/14. My car will have PCCB's and front end lift.

Mine too, and as of today my rep doesn't know of any delays in my order. If it ends up being bumped by a couple of weeks or so, as seems to be the case with some here, I could live with that.

I can only hope the other forum is wrong. I guess we'll know for sure by the end of next week. Two weeks ago, my car was confirmed in the system for 'production finish' in week 39. If it doesn't, well, then I've got another delay on my hands. That would 'only' be the 4th one: from week 28 (soon after ordering) to 34 (early July), then 36 (end of July), now 39 (early September). If that doesn't happen again, I'm not a happy bunny. Neither is my dealer BTW, but there's diddly squat we can do, I'm afraid!

For now, I'm keeping my fingers, arms and legs crossed!

I was in Stuttgart on September 13th, and there were a half-dozen or so 991GT3's that looked like they were ready to be shipped out. I'm not sure whether these were pre-production or not, but they were sitting there along with a bunch of regular 991's.

Dang. I was in Europe and was thinking of stopping in Stuttgart last week but had to head home earlier than I had planned.

I was visiting relatives in Croatia. Two of my cousins work at a plant in Croatia that cover all the 911 seats for Porsche before they are shipped to Stuttgart. I'll tell them to pick up the pace!
