Default instead of a 911 GT3...

...i picked up this baby today in maranello. it was very close deciding between the fiat 458 and the aero-beetle but i chose the refinenent of the 458. somewhere i may miss the rawness of the GT3 but then again in three years time there will be the GT3 gen II.
i am sure - absolutely sure - that the 991 GT3 will be a wonderful car and i hope you all will enjoy it.
cheers, peter

Congrats, Peter! You're a lot more decisive than me... I envy your for that! RESPECT!

I guess will only decide after driving my 991 GT3 and 458 'Scuderia' back-to-back, somewhere early next year, I suppose.

Enjoy your beautiful 458 in good health!
Tom.

Gorgeous car! Park most cars next to it and they disappear.

Tell us more about the purchase experience.. It looks like you went to Italy to get it.. Is that like European delivery where you drive it around for awhile then drop it at dealership?

-what is the factory visit like?

-looks like blue wheels??... Did you spec it out with a lot of custom options?.. All details are welcome..
