Looks like a great build, though not exactly "base".

Consider well whether where you drive demands the axle lift.

Thanks for the input! I don't have issues with speed bumps or incline changes so I pass on the front lift. Just trying to get something to work with that isn't loaded with comfy options.

The combination of the blue, carbon, and red accents will be stunning. Congrats!

If car is being delivered in the U.S. you may want to consider adding several no cost ($0) options:
90 Liter (23.7 Gals) Fuel Tank in place of Standard 16.9 Gal Tanks (Prox 1 Hour on the Track)
Luggage Net in Passenger Footwell (Useful for maps)
Floormats - Protects Carpeting and you can always remove
Smoking Package - I don't smoke either but Pkg adds a closing lid to open Console cubby

What does sport chrono give you besides a wart?

What's a map?

This sounds awesome. I am considering the red dials on a black car. Does anyone know if that decreases the contrast between the dial and the tach pointer, which is also reddish/orange, making it difficult to get a quick glance? Thanks.

Similar build to mine except I'm going all red including exterior and keeping red tail lights. I also stayed away from carbon accents because philosophically.. Nothing on the car is carbon so it didn't make sense to me to decorate interior with it.. But it will look cool I'm sure. I don't see red seat belts.. With red dials and stitching you might like those?

Dealer told me that I HAVE to get lift system on 991 gt3 and to wait to order until they become available in 2014.

I also have a question ab sport chrono.. What DOES it do?

I added all those too...not a smoker just for the lid to the center console cubby.

mine is also guards red with red dials, stitching and belts, no CF.. I like the aluminum and silver accents better..can't wait!

Why did he say you "have to get the front lift"...because of living in SF?
I didn't opt for that??

Red seat belts I agree on. Like to know more about the must order front axle lift.

I just like the carbon trim. If I have to order axle lift I will probably drop it.

Thanks all.

Unlike Sport Chrono in regular Carreras there are no performance enhancements like launch control (GT3 already has it standard with PDK-S). You do get a stopwatch feature and other timing functions through the on board computer.

Agreed, no to sport chrono. Smoker package offers lid AND another useful socket where the lighter goes. Like the cargo net, useful for storing cell, whatever...
