I would take up stamp collecting rather than this project.

One way to approach this project and possibly come out ahead of the game is this:
  1. Determine which engine is in the car (E,F or G) If G, go to #2, if not walk,
  2. Buy for a great price,
  3. Disassemble yourself,
  4. Part it out,
  5. Learn from the experience

Hell no, it has sofas.

Mostly kidding. But unless you're doing that work yourself then it's difficult for me to see a path to a reasonable return, particularly when the cost is $70k. You'd be hard pressed to get your money back even if you changed your mind and decided to scrap out the drivetrain.

We hit a deer with our Taycan, messed up a headlight, fender, hood and a few other little things. No airbags deployed, no glass and it was still very much drivable and we had a $34k bill from that. I'd hate to know how bad this would be (if somebody actually took it on)
