Already did. I made my decision, and it’s GT3. I guess folks missed that, or just like giving their opinions

Great choice, I would choose the same. Did you go .1 or .2 GT3?

A GT3 is just...fun. Turbo is amazing, but not as fun as a GT3. After looking and looking, I went with .2 GT3.
It's a keeper for me. I think my car ADHD has been quenched. I wouldn't daily it, as it would lose its luster that way
and not the best daily tbh.
good luck hunting.

I'll throw this out, just to potentially add some confusion.

Today, I drove the following: first 991.2 3RS, then 991.2 TTS, and lastly 992 TTS. The one I enjoyed most was the 991.2 TTS, close second was 992 TTS, and third was the RS. Here's why:

991.2 TTS - Lots of easy power, sounds really good but not too loud and attention grabbing, superb handling and braking, AWD feels great, playful and fun, somewhat low key appearance.

992 TTS - Incredibly high performance level. Never fails to impress me. Sounds pretty cool. Power, handling, and braking are all there in spades, AWD feels great, but not quite as playful and fun as the 991.2 TTS.

991.2 3RS - All the positives of being almost a race car which you can drive on the road. Very visceral and engaging to drive. But the big wing, blue color, and loudness draw unwanted attention.

Just sold a TTS to buy a gt3..2. The turbo was mind bending fast- literally could light up all 4 tires- torque is something like 50% more than the gt3, so for raw head snapping acceleration it kicks the gt3 all day long. But I found that I couldn’t use that speed- it’s actually dangerous on public roads - eg- nobody can possibly see you coming if you are passing someone at full capacity.
The gt3 feels slow in acceleration by comparison- but the NA engine makes the speed it does generate so much more controlled. I feel far more confident in the gt3. It’s lighter, corners far quicker, more confidently, and the downforce engineering makes it feel way more stable at speed. Plus there’s that glorious incomparable screaming sound of 9000 rpm!!!
Both are great cars - but the gt3 has been the better car - for me, anyhow.

I agree 100% and prefer my GT3 over the Turbo S by a very large margin. For me, it's simply a lot more exciting and enjoyable to operate and I am surrounded by perfect roads to enjoy it, no city traffic. I actually find the turbo boring by comparison and keep trying to justify a reason to keep it. From my experience, the GT3 is a lot quicker in real life than the numbers suggest. We do a lot of drives and where someone is leading in the GT3, they do a full send from a stop and I am behind in the turbo, I have to max out the turbo, I mean to the floor (with full bolt-ons and custom 93 tune) just to stay with the GT3. There are three things that people often overlook when comparing the two cars - 1. The GT3 is 400 lbs. lighter than the turbo, 2. The GT3 has the PDK-S software, which shifts much quicker than the turbo and 3. The GT3 revs to 9,000 before having to shift, whereas the turbo has the slower shift occurring more often. The three factors go a long way towards levelling the playing field in real life vs. bench racing. The GT3 is a very quick and extremely capable car. Not to mention, the sound with our new titanium exhaust we just installed is other worldly and as good as it gets. Add this all up and it's GT3 for me, too!
