991.2 GT3 brake questions (first pad change + bleed)

Hello gentlemen,
Making the assumption that I am going to flush and bleed the system afterwards with your typical pressure pump; when replacing the brake pads on a 2018 GT3 with PCCB, what is the standard procedure?...
1) leaving the hard brake line attached to caliper but removing the line bracket so you have more room to slide off rotor then hang near rotor to replace pads sort of floating in the air? (seems risky..might chip or otherwise damage rotor or stress line)
OR
2) remove hard line and slide off caliper and replace pads on bench? (might introduce a boatload of air which can make bleeding more difficult)
What is correct? What would you do?
Also, assuming my icarsoft V 3.0 can actually do the ABS bleed... which procedure is done first? the regular brake flush procedure or the ABS flush procedure?
In my mind it's the ABS procedure but I'm not sure and have never seen it definitively discussed here.
Thank you so much for your answers..
Once I settle on a procedure for doing the pad change, I will report back after I attempt, if indeed the icarsoft v 3.0 can actually actuate the ABS pump properly for bleeding...never done it before and search yielded no definitive answers on that either.

Just changed pads and refreshed the SRF on my .1 GT3. I removed the 2 screws for each hardline bracket and suspended the caliper out of the way.
Tarett studs are a must-do IMHO (installed them on my GT4, .2 GT3 and also the .1 GT3.
What do you mean by replace the lines?

This was true for my PCCB's on the .1 RS.

Not quite sure what you're asking. I bleed my own brakes, never used an electronic app to do it, never heard of an ABS bleed. Maybe I'll learn something if you give more details in your question.
