Default Headlight shells for track use - I thank a fellow member for the product idea

A forum member asked about a lightweight option to replace his original headlights for use in his GT4 which is dedicated for track use.
We didn't find any offerings available from companies and so this product was built to meet his needs.

Lightweight - only 2.5 pounds each saving nearly 10 pounds per side
Easy to securely install and remove - OEM housing locks into the factory headlight tray and the OEM headlight gasket prevent water and debris intrusion into the fenders
Completely reversible - no bonding of panels necessary for 100% reversible installation so they are easy to use to prevent expensive damage to original headlights

Since we stock many Porsche 981 and 991 housings and replacement covers, decided to offer the same product to 991 series owners:

Completely voided the stock headlights of the projector assemblies, bulbs, wires, ballasts and controllers
and then installed new covers that have been blacked out from the inside.

It's a small market that may use these but I definitely enjoy being a part of adding products that meet the needs of fellow forum members.

I will share once I have photos taken of these installed soon.

Perfect, I'll take a set. I can stop applying thick PPF for the lights every track day.

You have to remove the factory headlight correct? This isn’t a cover that goes over, its a shell replacement?

They take the place of the entire headlight assembly and yes these are shells (housing and cover) without internal components. Just the parts seen in the photo make up each one.
