991.2 GT3 RS Prices

Great info here. Everybody is telling me to pay cash but I I would prefer to use my cash to buy some rental properties and get a loan. The local Porsche dealer said that a 75- or 84-month rate would be in the 7's. That seems really high, even with interest rates going up. For you that have financed, does that seem unusually high or is that accurate for a used high value car?

The car I am looking at is a CPO until August 2024. 9000 miles and Build price of $246k with Weissach, Alcantara, deviated stitching, PCCB, FAL, PDLS, BOSE, NO buckets and I have it negotiated down to $270k right now. Does that seem like a good price?

You need the buckets for the RS experience
more than the FAL, bigger tank, cosmetics, Weissach or even pccb's walk away at 270k with sofas... my .02 cents

Not a bad deal given market conditions. You could find someone with buckets willing to trade for sofas, but presuming your sofas have the Weissach stitching as well.

Dealer was at 5.99 and then came back at 4.99 when I told him I needed to be in high 3's. 2019 GT3RS Weissach, 9000 miles, white. All bells and whistles except the carbon seats (which I don't want but probably why the car hasn't sold). Need to trnasport from east coast to Texas and my trade to them. At $270k still seems high without the carbon buckets. Waiting on credit union, phomne rep said they will lend over $100k but I wasn't confident in his answer, did credit app
If you like the sofas, it's not a bad idea - but you're going to take a hit on resale as every other WP buyer will want them (as others noted above).

Yea that is the jist I am hearing....I just saw a 22 GT3 hit market for $275k. So for same price should I do the RS or the 22 GT#....hmmm

If you like newer tech (newer is always better lol), screens, and that God Awful tacky anachronistic Tachometer, and more subdued sound and like the looks of the 992 then go with that...
If you like raw, unfiltered screamer and more analog, perfect aesthetics inside and out, and a car that needs more work to extract maximum then 991.2 3RS (RS is RS lol)
Finally, if you like big hair and big wings wait for the 992 3RS

With most P cars, i feel there will always be enough buyers for any of their offered vehicles. A very healthy balance of supply and demand.
