Been very happy with Nankangs AR-1 on a BBS FI-R for my 991.2 GT3. Recently bought Forgeline GE1R 19s with plan to leave FI-R with Michelin Pilot Sport 4Ss for street and Nankangs on 19s for track.
However, Forgelines came with barely used Hoosiers . Not really a fan but will use them for a track day.
Starting pressure 24s with goal 30, at most, 32 with Nankangs.
Suggestions on Hoosiers for Sebring this weekend? Factory recommendations 30-34 cold, 40-42 hot seem quite excessive?

I run 30-32 hot. They work well at that pressure for me. I’ve been running Perelli take offs lately on my 19’s. Not as wide as the Hoosiers but they are closer in diameter to the stock size. Which the car seems to like. The take off’s are much more cost effective, I’m running my third set now. They hookup.

On my home track 2.4 miles (The Podium Club at Attesa), the Perelli‘s get me about 2 less per lap. My best lap on Hoosiers is a 1:41 and the Perrelli’s I’ve done a 1:39.

I'm getting 6 to 10 sessions a set. I’m paying $600 for each set, I put 4 sessions on my third set last Saturday. On Hoosiers I get 8 to 10 sessions before they drop off noticeably. I have run them to 15 sessions before any hint of cording. Hoosiers cost me about $2100 a set.
