Question What do you do for continuous low pressure signs?

Every time I start the RS (at 5-7 day interval) my TPMS goes off all in red and then I have to reset it and it comes back normal
the reset process is pretty annoying and I don't want to deal with it ... every time I want to go drive this car!
what do you think is the issue? is it just the drop in temperature or another other issue?

Drop in temps. It's really annoying but a workaround is to keep it in track mode

Fill your tires with nitrogen and you will have fewer problems.

Air at sea level is almost 80% nitrogen. Nitrogen's lessened pressure reaction to drops in temperature is really only useful in extremely cold conditions like those found in jet aircraft tires. Unless you are in sub zero environments, nitrogen in automotive tires is pretty much fairy's dust.

thats true if the air contains no humidity. But often, the air from a compressor is not dried which can lead to that water vapor condensing when cold and causing large swings in cold/hot tire pressures.

Thanks, I think I am going to go with this but will this tell me if the pressure truly drops due to a puncture or leak?

It should. I've had a puncture before and 1) you can tell due to less grip 2) the reported pressure in that tire will be significantly lower than the others.

"Often"?
I've not ever seen a compressor without a drier stage.
Am I missing a "why pay more" item?

This just happened to my 18 GT3. Tech said fix is to fill the offending tire using the +/- tire pressure screen in the settings menu and zero all four tires using that dashboard screen. Tech said TPS is both pressure and temperature sensing in GT cars. My problem hasn't returned since.

It might be something simple. First reading requires driving over 15mph, and then resetting requires driving the car a second time driving over 15mph, which might just be enough to heat the tires up to the acceptable range. Sorry if this is a dumb and insulting question, but have you tried checking the tire pressures with an accurate gauge before starting?

Never had nor have I heard anyone with this problem. If your cold undriven tires are in the recommended pressures and your TPMS still reads red or low, then it may be more than simple issue.

Can you please post pictures of where you did this? I am very confused with this Porsche system from the stone age...

I actually have never tested the air pressure before driving but I may have to if this continues. I would hate to go back to the dealer for this.

Air driers are not all the same. Refrigerator type can do a very good job if sized correctly to the air input. Simply draining the tank is NOT drying the air. Nitrogen systems have near zero moisture, and good shops purge your tires several times to make sure all moist air is removed. My system has a 10 HP screw, wet tank, refridge drier, dry tank. No issues. But in my trailer I have a carbon fiber SCBA tank charged with 4000 PSI nitrogen to top off tires. No issues with wild pressure swings.

For those who keep logs of every measurement...

I want to. I really do. But I searched suncoast for "pit crew" and got no results.
