I said the same thing myself. I cannot understand how someone can leave this in their garage for 2 years and have the willpower to never take it out.

Congrats on the purchase. Beautiful car. I actually looked at it a few weeks ago. Unfortunately, I have the back of a person twice my age so I needed the old man seats.

Thanks for all the kind words everyone. I had a bunch of deals to acquire other tourings over the past 6 months fall through including one from a dealer in Portland that told me the car was mine for a full day before screwing me over. To go through that process makes closing the deal on this one that much sweeter.

Funny as I was sold on GT Silver but must have for me was the bucket seats after enjoying them on previous car so much. GT Silver is probably the nicest color, but I figure YOLO so I went for the Yellow.

Definitely welcome - both of you - to the Touring club! Congrats on finding nicely specced cars. Now go break them in and let 'er rip...

I have previously owned two M5s and and M3 convertible that were all MT as well as a Panamera GTS. Can't really say anything negative about any of my previous cars but I've got the touring ranked ahead of all of them.
That's definitely saying something, right there. I too have a fondness for the Panamera GTS. Special car in its own right. Never driven an M5, but saying the Touring ranks above them all is a statement for the GT3.

I think I know how you feel I spent almost 18 months looking for mine.
They are a great car to drive njoy in good health.
Has anyone had any issues with the centre radiator leaking?
I noticed a leak in mine and going to take it to the dealer tomorrow morning.
Seems strange with only 4000kms and no impact damage that I can see.
interested to know if anyone else has had an issue.

Congrats on the Racing Yellow and GT Silver. I also looked at the Champion car and then came across this one in GT Silver. I’ve only had it a week and I’m loving every second of it! Prior to this I had a 991.2 GTS (RWD, MT) - the Touring has a completely different personality. I also have a ‘18 Macan GTS and ‘88 Carrera Targa with only 27K miles on it. All great cars and a lot of fun in their own rights.

I heard today that GT3 Tourings are louder inside than a Winged GT3? Is there any truth to that? I don't know why that would be the case.

This subject has been discussed a lot on different threads. I have a friend who owns both, and he agrees the Touring is a bit louder. The only reason I can think of is that the cars have different intake systems. Having almost 15,000 miles on my Touring, I do not think the engine is too loud, however, the road/tire noise can get old on a long trip. On a trip driving across Utah and Nevada a few years ago, where the speed limit is 80 MPH, I used earplugs.

Why does everyone want a loud car, the decibels are high enough to give you ear damage now stock(:
