I bought my GT3T in August plus a buddy of mine is trying to get one currently - been watching the market for some time. PTS (esp. low miles) will be pricey. Several have come up in the last couple of weeks with asks above $200K and all have moved quickly. Non-PTS cars with solid specs (~$170K MSRP) were trading around MSRP but seem to have inched up in the last couple of months.

Probably $200k to $215k is the selling range, which would be $15k to $30k over MSRP, with lower MSRP having bigger markups. Miles becoming less impactful, where most probably considering under 6k miles to receive the highest premiums. I'm sure people will have anecdotes outside that range, but definitely the majority of the transactions are there.

Been watching the market for awhile now, seems that it would go between 205 and 220 depending upon the PTS color, original MSRP and options - buckets seem to carry a premium. Just my 2 cents....

Just purchased and pending delivery of my PTS olive green touring. MSRP was 197k. I paid 240k. I clearly wanted to join this Touring Club. Got a nice trade # on my PTS Viper Green 2017 Targa4s 7 speed manual so it all worked itself out in the wash. I think I set the market. Not my best piece of negotiating but those that are selling can thank me later. (kidding....enjoy these beasts of a car)

If you don't intend to sell it, then you never realize a gain or a loss - so price doesn't really matter. But I promise, you will smile EVERY time you start it up and go for a spin... I drove mine today - 42° and clear and my better half and I enjoyed every single 10th of a mile... These cars are pure magic and they aren't getting easier to find.

Have definitely seen an uptick of PMs with offers to buy the car so I think the pts touring market is hot right now. Most are around 20-30k over msrp. Thinking of letting her go but what to replace with? They are truly amazing machines. I think it’s the only gelbgrun colored touring made but could be wrong. Very close to lizard green....

I think now is a great time to sell the 991Touring. When the 992 Touring is announced, the 991 Touring will get a big hit as more used cars comes to the market.

I think Porsche Manual GT cars, especially the low production # of 991 Tourings, will remain in demand. Throw in PTS and they remain really in demand! Based on what i have been reading, most of the present owners find it to be the best driving experience of all the Porsche's they have owned. That is what drew me in quite frankly. I should be able to comment on the driving experience by end of next week. Can't get here fast enough
