If you want it done right, they should be repainting the whole door panel.
And if done right, a paint gun will reveal that the door has been repainted.

If done right blending it can be done and not noticeable. My fender had a scratch to the metal and my guy took it to a shop that blended it. You would never know.
It would bother me mentally. Walk away and look for a car w/o paintwork. The dealer will call you back and you can gain ground in negotiation to lower the price if you want the car.
Sales manager told me the entire door wouldn't be repainted. The new paint would be blended in. Problem is I'm a a few hours away and I'd like to see it in person before pulling the trigger.
SEE IT IN PERSON before signing anything. Take a UV light while you're at it.
