Copper grease on the inside hubs of the wheels is a traditional way of removing clicking on many forms of vehicles.
I have had this on many different makes in the past, not saying this is the cure for a GT3 but I certainly found that applying a layer of it on the inside of the wheel where it makes contact with the hub removed all previous clicking.

so you think it could be the brake rotors?
Ive got essex AP rotors on my car, maybe I need to remove them and copper paste on contact places?

I had this clicking noise coming from my right front wheel. Took it to the dealer and they removed the wheel, removed the inner plastic housing and did all stuff to it.
Clicking sound still present. I then instructed them to remove the wheel and clean it well. Even if there was no residue to be seen. I then told them to apply an even
paste to the wheels before locking them back. It is important to not over grease the wheels. You will see there is around 2 cm of lip and that has to be completely covered
with an even paste. Once they did that the noise was gone. You can have them to swap the wheels while they are at it to make sure it is not the wheels. Not saying this is
the cure but next time they are working on it you can give this a shot.

Just throwing this out there and thinking of possibilities. Maybe the brake pads? Something in them like a small rock. Idk. Try pressing the brakes lightly when driving and see if the noise gets louder or maybe goes away?
