3RS October 2018 build

got the carbon wheel a few weeks ago (Sept 2019)

don’t know if related but I did touch base re steering wheel with my dealer in August

call your local service center (not where i purchased the car) and it was ok, they were happy to order it

they will see the "parts due" once they pull up your vin

assuming they are still in stock, the CF steering wheel was shipped in from California.

Got mine in the mail a few weeks back and had it installed at my local dealer last weekend (Jan delivery car).

Any dealer will install it...I got the part shipped from Houston and installed at a SoCal stealership free of charge.

Dealership received mine last week, installed today. Car was received November 28, 2018

Are these parts only available to the original owner? What if you’re the second owner and it’s missing the carbon parts?
