As for dB readings we have a track test booked on 11th Dec and will be testing all of the configurations including silenced tips to gather a ton of reliable data at Silverstone, they have the best and most accurate dB metering in the UK

Busy day today, Inconel OPF Delete Race Manifolds in the works; testing begins
We’re enjoying being able to lead the way on these new models
718 GT4 / Spyder also in the works currently

We ran a very successful test day at Silverstone yesterday, running two 2019 GT3 RS (OPF) on track, one of which was cycling through the exhaust options gathering noise meter reading data and the other running around all day testing OEM vs JCR from a performance stand point.
We will have a ton of data to compile from the test however we can share the noise meter reading averages from each of the possible combinations of exhaust set ups.
Each set up we took sample data from 5 fly by laps from our own dB meter and the circuits dB meter and then averaged out those ten results to come up with the average you see below for each set up. The data has been listed from quietest to loudest with the control thrown in there from the non OPF car too (991.2 GT3 RS)
JCR RACE PIPE (Silenced) & JCR SILENCED TIPS - 94.8dB
JCR RACE PIPE (Non Silenced) & JCR SILENCED TIPS - 96.8dB
100% OEM 2019 GT3 RS (OPF) - 96.9dB
JCR RACE PIPE (Silenced) - 97.8dB
100% OEM 2018 GT3 RS - 98.2dB
JCR RACE PIPE (Non Silenced) - 101.2dB
We're very happy with the results, we have a whole host of possible combinations of exhausts which will work across the globe for any and all circuits depending on their particular noise limit on the day.
Particularly impressive was the combination of our Silenced Race Pipe & Silenced Tips which came in at over 2dB quieter than the 100% OEM OPF car yet drops 12kg and gains 13hp! Truly win win and perfect for those who want the performance benefits and massively improved sound quality without the overall increase in volume.
Some shots below of the exhausts installed
Very much looking forward to getting parts out to customers and sharing some real world customer feedback!
Any and all questions welcomed

Just curious - how will you solve the sensor setup on an OPF delete system and make sure there are no CEL:s/codes thrown?

Nice! I imagine some well calibrated holes at strategically placed positions should do the trick for the sensors. Good to hear this!

A great day at Silverstone, here's a little video running through the order of the day..
We're back on track testing again this coming Monday (18th) at a low dB day to confirm our numbers at a different circuit (Donington Park) and will be returning back to Silverstone on the 1st Dec to repeat the full test above but this time with our new Inconel OPF Delete Race Manifolds installed.
Look forward to sharing more videos and data.

With our previous generation Inconel Race Manifolds we would have been unable to make power and gains we aimed to achieve whilst running a cat, that’s why we only offer catless. To my mind it’s pointless offering an aftermarket manifold which is so heavily compromised due to packaging that it’s only a gain in sound and potentially narrow weight savings.
With the OPF equipped cars theres now enough space to keep the primary lengths correct and include a cat in there too whilst making the power and optimising the manifold design to allow that to be the case.
The expansion in our Inconel OPF delete Race Manifolds will house a 200cel large diameter stubby race cat in place of the factory OPF. This means that owners will be able to retain their factory rear silencer and combine with our manifolds, all parts are 100% direct replacement and we like to keep things as modular as possible to allow maximum option for owners
Very excited to show our developments

The testing strengthened the argument for not producing a valved version of this exhaust, the non silenced rear has absolutely zero drone at any RPM range and the valves are open almost any time you're at more than 50% throttle regardless of the button inside the cabin being 'on' or 'off' so in reality even with a valved system the valves are open the majority of the time, it seems a pointless exercise engineering a valved exhaust of which the valves will only be closed for 5% of the driving. Especially when our non silenced exhaust is absolutely drone free.

Its a good question..

Can’t wait for the final products. I’m still hoping that in the end you offer a solution that retains the factory exhaust valves button function.
Take care!

Thanks, that is good news then. These OPF cars start to feel like the best platform to develop aftermarket exhausts!

With that said, if the demand is there we’re happy to follow through and release a Valved version too.
