The cars suspension definitely feels different. The car feels wider, like I have an extra few inches of tire, or grip on either side. Testing the car on the track I would say 0.50 to 0.60 improvement in lap times at Mosport.

Drove the car car last night on the street. Steering wheel doesn’t jump around, car feels smoother and wants to party all the time...
Thank you very much for using DSC and for sharing your experience! The crew at JRP is first class in the industry.

Installed the unit last night. Took 5 minutes despite having to work around my rollbar. No immediate issues. Drove the car today and again no issues. On the street, the right is much more compliant even with sports suspension activated. It is very much like driving the McLaren in regards to handling the bumps and road seams. If this had been installed in the RS, I would have purchased the RS instead of the GT 3. Definitely makes it more comfortable to drive on the street. The car seems to handle better on the on ramp test. Appears to be more immune to bumps steer and tire hop. Will give more in-depth report on handling aspects after next week when I spend 2 days of the track

I just installed mine on my .2 GT3RS the other day and also had the same results. It’s much better on the street now. I haven’t been able to test it on the track yet. No FAL issues either.

Very happy with the product so far!

Any warranty issues or accelerated wear of parts with these devices? Just starting to research it as I’ll be tracking my GT3 a lot starting next year.

thanks

Regarding factory warranty, the car makers and most car dealers aren't thrilled about anyone doing any sort of mods when it comes time for a warranty claim. I think in the owner's manual there's words about any mods. Yet that doesn't stop many car owners to accpet the risk to mod their car for an improved driving experience. DSC is a low-risk mod and pretty easy to swap...

Regarding accelerated wear on dampers, there's none that's measurable from our testing on dyno, street, and track. And not one single user in 7 years has reported a faulty damper from using DSC. The electronic dampers have electro-magnet like on fuel injectors, the electro-magnet have a long service life. Hope this helps.

I had warranty repairs on both my GT3 and GT3 RS and brought in Turbo S for service with DSC installed, all at 3 different dealerships, and no one brought up DSC. Although it probably makes sense to swap back to stock in case Porsche wants to do any software updates on the car.

Met Tom at Summit, he offered to let me test the DSC and then I informed him that I already the unit. Felt very good on the track and interestingly, made the curbs seem very smooth and much less drama with weight transfer on the car. Don't know what a good time at Summit Main course but my best time was a 1:20 on Day 2, first time at the track.

1:20 at Summit Point is very good for your first event there! Advanced drivers with more track time there run 1:19's on OEM tires. Good meeting you!

I'm at Sebring and installed DSC and like it...but now my ESC and ESC+TC buttons will not light up red to turn of the stability and traction control.

I uninstalled DSC and put stock box back in and still ESC OFF OR ESC+TC OFF button no longer work.

My 2018 991.2 GT3 has FAL and it works and so does the sport button and the shock button....

Anyone???

It works on all the 991.2 GT3's that I've came across. Try holding the ESC, TC button down for a few seconds.
