Congrats, good luck with the new car. The extra HP is fun at a track like the Glen where you can stretch it's legs a bit.
I made the same move (GR GT4 to a 991.1 GT3) last fall. I liked the GT4 a lot but the top end on the motor felt a little choked. The GT3 certainly addresses that shortcoming and adds some nice curves as well.

Oh wow, so that's your GT4 sitting at Tyson's right now. I was there that same day you collected your GT3 and your GT4 was sitting outside about to be backed into the showroom. I stopped by that afternoon to chat with my SA. At first I thought it was my buddy's car with very similar specs, but then I noticed the NY inspection stickers and the track scrubbed tires and knew it couldn't have been his. If track days is a huge part of the car, this was a very worthwhile trade up.
