Due to increased stroke in the RS 4 liter, piston speed is similar thus refuting this statement ^
I remember something in our meeting about the top end of the RS using higher spec’d parts than the GT3. Not just DLC either. And they were adamant that the RS was not affected.
Remember, once they were able to reproduce the issue they quickly had new parts that fixed the .1 GT3 FF problem. They shared test data with us to support this. So my feeling is the issue is 100% fixed and the RS did not experience this issue. And based on the lack of any significant issues reported on the RS, i have no reason to think otherwise. Didn’t they make more .1 RS cars than regular .1 GT3s? I believe they did, so we would have heard some rumblings if both engines had the same problem.
No reports of .1 engines failing that were made after 3rd quarter 2017 either. The only reports we hear about are from engines made prior to that timeframe. In my opinion, case closed.

It's the only GT car that you're actually incentivized to drive rather than bubble wrapping and getting on RL telling people how stupid they are for buying .1's in every thread (you know who you are)

We shall see! I guess it's not an "if" but "when" situation. It would be very interesting to see data on how many motor failures there have been. Someone mentioned 5-10% of cars?
Piston speed is not relevant for the failure of the valvetrain. And valvetrain parts are exactly the same for GT3 and RS (in the same production year) regarding parts catalog.
I did 300 kilometers with mine yesterday (04/2015 GT3, 24 tkms on the odo) on the autobahn. At the end of the trip I went to my "hometrack" because I was so horny on the car. Drove it there like hell. This engine goes and sounds so incredible. Just drive it, enjoy it and don't think about a possible failure any time
The engines don't blow up. Its just a warning light when it fails and than they put in a brand new engine. Could be worse

There are failures
No engine is 100% immune to failure. How many .2 GT3 engines ate themselves? It happens. But very few .1 RS failures. And the only .1 GT3 failures were FF related, so pretty solid as well imo.
My understanding from reading various threads is all of the E0 engines were replaced, and they replaced the sticker upon replacement . Here is the sticker on my 2014. We’re all E0 engines replaced? And if so did they replace the sticker as well?

When my motor was replaced with a G, they didn't replace the stickers. I asked about it multiple times, but nothing ever came of it.

Sticker was replaced on my 2014. They just put the new sticker right on top of the old.
Rob, I believe why you're not seeing the FF issue with your motor is due to living at altitude. The volumetric efficiency is lower due to lower atmospheric pressure/o2, resulting in lower heat/friction/stresses inside the engine.
I thought it was maybe that Rob is good at altitude because he's closer to heaven hence no motor failures for all the good deeds he contributed to the rest of the 991 GT3 brethren in the concerned owners group! Ha ha. Amen to that.
