Which one's a keeper?

I don’t think anyone can answer this for you. For me, I would keep the Touring. For $170-180K, I can’t see many other cars I would have other than a GT3. There’s cars such as a 570S, Huracan 580, or Audi R8, but none of those can match a GT3 in terms of enjoyment imo.
For the $330-$350K if a GT2 RS, I see many other great options that I would want to try out. At that price point, you have access to cars such as Ferrari 458 Speciale, 720S, Huracan Performante, 600LT, Aventador, 675LT Spider, 812 Superfast, etc.
So so many options, I wouldn’t be able to just stick with a GT2 RS, assuming I only had the budget to own one car in that price point.

As others have said you'll know by the end of summer. For me it would be the car I could use most of what it has to offer most often. The GT2 RS is an amazing car and am fortunate to have driven one. However, for me, it is a car you cannot take full advantage of unless you were on track. When not on the track is is good but not GT3 / GT3 RS good. One man's opinion.

Similar situation here. I have manual GT3 and love it. But have a GT3RS incoming. Do I keep both or sell the GT3. It's a hard choice. I can't honestly justify keeping both cars in my circumstance. I could if I really wanted to but it's just stupid lol. GT3RS with a manual transmission swap would be amazing.

I would vote touring and here's why.
a. it's 1/2 price
b. Plenty of Turbo cars on the market as previously mentioned.
c. I have a feeling gt2 will come down in price substantially, so you can buy one in the future cheaper.
Maybe a good solution is keep the touring, and use funds for another extra toy.

I've owned both. I like the .2 RS over both the 2RS and the GT3 touring. For me the 2RS wasn't 100k better car than the .2 3RS. It was awesome though, very special car. And the .2 3RS was better than GT3. But that's not your question.
If I had to choose between the 2RS and GT3 touring, I'd pick GT3.
My dead mans car (whatever that means - I don't keep cars a long time) is a 997RS, if that helps you assess whether my answer/opinion is a useful datapoint.
