Got delivery of mine (3RS) in early Nov.
yep... I am curious to see if/how delivered units might be affected. 😥

Any way we can get insight into whether this affects builds that predate ones in transit? Im scheduled for an oil change next week and don’t want them to hold it for some recall equivalent reason -_-

This is so disappointing. If it’s only GT3 and GT3 RS then it is most likely engine issue.
And we keep buying Porsches....

Keep one thing in mind, guys. No matter what Porsche have proved they make things right. Never a question about that.

Not always. I had to fix the coolant pipes on my 11 RS on my dime. They do the right thing some of the time. No company is perfect

This does not present as a sales manipulation. This would not make sense, since cars are delivered in country and held with valid sales orders. This is likely a QC or recall issue - strange is that one would expect that PAG would have learned its better to get ahead of this sort of issue. Time will tell.

Got a call from my dealer today that I should be able to pick my .2RS before the end of this month. I don't think there is any issue with Canadian deliveries.
Expected date for delivery was January 11,2019.

Particulate filter.

Yes, I know, NA is not supposed to be getting the filter. But never underestimate production line consistency and homogeneity.

as long as the car has a T in its model designation, it’s now invited.
