Wow! You have a really nice car, dude. You have mentioned that you have found a shop that was able to tint your gorilla glass. Can you please share more details about it ? I really want to have my windows tinted, but I don't know how can I do it. I am really taking care of my glasses, I have even ordered a special windows cleaning service from https://leedswindowcleaningservices.com/ in order to clean the windows. Now I want to tint them. Please, help me with that!

Perhaps silly Q but will the 3/4 glass from a GT3 fit in that space or will it be off and mess the trim line up?

Removing the 3/4 glass in a GT3 is typical by ppf installers and it isn't that difficult

It's a pain to remove. Took Endless Protective Solutions in Houston around 20-30 hours to get tint off .2 RS, going inch by inch. They did it without destroying the gorilla glass, but it was a huge challenge. Tri, the owner, told me to install it properly, you have to prep the surface in a certain way. The RS I picked up second hand didn't have this done and it was a nighmare.

Is the consensus still NOT to tint the rear windows? I've seen photos of tint on these cars so I'm wanting to know how it's holding up give the gorilla glass

I would say tint it! I’ve had mine done with XR plus and had it for 2 years and it’s holding up great!

Thank you!

I wanted to see how it’s holding up. I was worried it would bubble.

I have had ceramic tint on my previous .2 3RS for over 3 years now, flawless.
