I agree. When he speaks I would rather hear nails scratched across a chalkboard. Cracks me up he put a cage in his rs but proudly says he doesn't track his cars. I mean if people are dumb enough to buy a $300 bucket from him they deserve to lose their money.

I am eager to support this business. But it is really, really hard to keep feeling special when there is no way to get in touch, not even just phone but even email.

If I have missed how to do so, it was hard enough to find a way that I can’t feel the blame is mine.

If this guy goes high quality, high service he will succeed massively. But I want to give him/them feedback about reckless cross-selling that will destroy trust. Don’t make that mistake…

Agreed. He gets so much technical stuff wrong or doesn't know what things are it's ridiculous.
The guy is all about polishing specks of paint instead of getting out and driving the cars the way they're meant to be.

To be fair he has OCD which is no secret. His content isn't my jam at all but I see the origin of his perspective.
