The current US street GT3RS Weissach package saves 13.5 lbs. for $18k. While visually stunning, not really very good lb/$ weight reduction. Note the Porsche site states the Weissach is 18kg of weight savings, that is only true in the European market when comparing a club sport equipped cars, the Titanium cage makes up the difference.
The Magnesium wheels are 25 lbs lighter than the aluminum units, but that’s an additional $13k.
In Motorsport these costs are of course relatively inconsequential. For Motorsport with the gutted interior, I’m not sure there is much more to do save convert to a carbon tub.
