Yes Pete.... Foxy was shady in many ways it seems. If accusing someone of being dishonest you must hold both parties to the same standard. Can't pick and choose when to pass judgement and to whom. Correct??
Yes, what has been proven is enough to CONVICT. You are 100% correct. True in more than one way here. One more serious than the other.

We don't have to pick a side here.1) I can be upset at the guy complaining about his "only" 100k gain
2) I can also be upset by the dishonesty supposedly displayed by the dealer who purchased the car and claimed to be purchasing as an individual. In fact, I'd never deal with them and ignore any of their future listings while recommending my friends do the same.
I put far more blame on #2 because while #1 is annoying, it's not shady business dealing.
