I just browsed over at the GT3 touring pics thread, the chrome trim GT silver on there looks pretty nice actually, now I'm second guessing my spec lol

You won’t be sorry with GT silver. I had it on my 997 GT3 and it’s just a classic color for a Porsche. Congrats! The only option I would have added is a rear wing! J/K enjoy the wait and DO go to the driving experience!

Do the PEC Delivery, it's a great experience. And with the Solis hotel now open, it will only be better. Have Jean-Claude at Detailed by Designs pick your car up in his trailer from PEC for THE BEST paint correction, clear bra, and coating before your epic breakin drive home!

I did it in fall of 2016 with my GT4, and am doing it again this summer with my GT3

You won't regret it!

PEC delivery sounds fun. Have any one from West Coast done this and have the car shipped to West Coast after delivery ?

This is a crazy conscience. I was just reading your thread and my SA called me with the news that my car has hit V200...lol
I'm also doing the Atlanta delivery. I'm up in Kentucky, so I was plaining on going up to Helen GA and then on up to the Tail. Life is good!

Mine is a September build. He didn't say when it would be delivered.
What is your build month?
I'm going with GT Silver with red trim. Even though I love the PDK in my Turbo, and since I'm keeping it. I went with a manual.
Full spec at PJELCHC9

The ONLY bad thing about PEC Delivery is that the date for pick up is roughly 1 month later than if you got it shipped to the dealer.

However, if your a west coast person, and you chose pec Atl delivery, your at home date may be only a few days later!

oslermarine, congrats! Were you at V110 before and how long were you there? I have posted in another thread that I am October build but haven't moved from V110 for 5 weeks now.

Thanks! I got notified about my allocation in November and checked last week and found out I was V200. Maybe I was V200 for a while and didn't know. Congratulations to you as well! I'm a September build.
