You won’t be sorry with GT silver. I had it on my 997 GT3 and it’s just a classic color for a Porsche. Congrats! The only option I would have added is a rear wing! J/K enjoy the wait and DO go to the driving experience!

Do the PEC Delivery, it's a great experience. And with the Solis hotel now open, it will only be better. Have Jean-Claude at Detailed by Designs pick your car up in his trailer from PEC for THE BEST paint correction, clear bra, and coating before your epic breakin drive home!
I did it in fall of 2016 with my GT4, and am doing it again this summer with my GT3

Finally the long wait has become a shorter wait! Confirmed V200 status today for November delivery. Since I wont be able to get GBM anymore I decided on GT silver instead. Now weighing option between PEC Atlanta delivery for a nice driving vacation vs local delivery in Florida, any thoughts? Here's my build...

I'm also doing the Atlanta delivery. I'm up in Kentucky, so I was plaining on going up to Helen GA and then on up to the Tail. Life is good!

Mine is a September build. He didn't say when it would be delivered.
What is your build month?
I'm going with GT Silver with red trim. Even though I love the PDK in my Turbo, and since I'm keeping it. I went with a manual.

The ONLY bad thing about PEC Delivery is that the date for pick up is roughly 1 month later than if you got it shipped to the dealer.
However, if your a west coast person, and you chose pec Atl delivery, your at home date may be only a few days later!
