Default Cup Holder Logo Removal

Has anyone safely removed the cup holder logo?

Invariably, whenever someone sits in the passenger seat, they are drawn to that thing like a moth to a flame. And they have to open both cup holders.... And I'm like "let me tell you about the four wheel steering and..." and they are like "cool - it has cup holders".

I never really have any one in my car. I use it for weekend spirited drives that I prefer to be by myself. I will not even hook my phone up to the car because there is no reason to take phone calls.

I bought her for me

I just floor it - no chance to reach the cup holders.

If your passengers notice the cup holder logo when in the car with you, you're not driving the car right!! Just kidding...I wouldn't worry about removing the logo.

Just put over the cup holder logo "Achtung - High Voltage" stickers, should detract needless petting...

I find that if it is in black leather, it is hard to see in the first place. I have never had a passenger fiddle with the cup holder flap. In fact, when I have used the cup holder, the passenger more often than not says something along the lines of "So THAT's where the cup holders are!"

Based on all of the useless replies I assume there is no way to remove it? Mine sticks out like sore thumb since I have Miami Blue trim. If it cannot be removed does anyone know if there is a tiny Porsche crest or something to go over it?
