991.2 gt3 Anyone PCCB --> Steel?
Anyone do the conversion on the 991.2 gt3 with girodisc rotors?

Yes PCCB to Girodisc. I just put on new Race Tech RT-10 Pads. No squeaks yet, fingers crossed. I just looked at your other thread and I assume you have a question on the size of the Ferodo Pads. I tried to get a photo of my pad to rotor fit but can't get a good one. The only tell tale sign is even wear on the rotor inside to outside and this is what I have.

Do you know the part numbers for the front pads by chance?Thanks in advance!

The quality and support from Brembo is 2nd to none. They are on every top GT Race car in the world and they put a lot into their R&D. I have personally use the Brembo rotor setup on my RS, which has plenty of track use, and I never had an issue with my pads or rotors. I love the RE10 pads on their floating/slotted rotor setup.

I'm trying to find someone who has the girodisc installed on the 991.2 gt3. The upright looks differs than the way I remember on the .1. Maybe something is different.

Just got info from Clark at Apex Performance that Girodisc made a change to the rotor. Going to call Girodisc tomorrow for confirmation.
Clark has been very helpful to address my questions and help me troubleshoot.

The Race Technology RE 10 pad numbers are: 2450.RE10 and 2451.RE10 Mine also came from Clark.

Girodisc
Girodisc is making an excellent steel PCCB replacement and their forgings are top notch and the hat CNC machining is second to none. I decided to go with RT pads as these use Endless pad material.

Spoke with Mike @ Girodisc.
A while back, they had modified the hats for increased clearance with the pad backing plates.
So GiroDisc/Ferodo DS1.11. Will run those and may end up trying RaceTechnologies RE10's next time.
