I believe 911's, especially those in the more modern era, look excellent with the lower parts painted to match, e.g. the aero kit turbo 997, etc. I really like the look on the white touring above. Not sure it would flow (or last?) on a RS but nonetheless the white above looks perfect to my eye.

I have a white .2 RS and I think on that car the black parts do break beak up the car as it’s a lot of white otherwise.
I do agree with you on a touring though especially in white.
on that car it blends and completes it.
not sure it would work on other cars as well my Touring is PTS midnight blue and the black parts on that look fine to me.
Looking at the 992 GT3 without camouflage I will not be changing my 991.2s any time soon.
I think the 991Touring leaves it for dead in styling ,lines overall appearance not the mention the analog instrument cluster versus that PLay Station display in the 992. .
The 991.2 Touring in my opinion is and will go down as one of the best looking 911 made.
there are pictures of it online a Gt3 with no camouflage apart from on the Porsche badging.
The rear and front bumper bats are all open with no camouflage there are shots of the interior also.

I chose Light Ivory because it fit with the ethos of the wingless Touring. I agree, it is not a great color for an RS, given that it is more understated. If I had gone with a winged PTS GT3, I would have chosen Signal Yellow, Gulf Blue or some other color with "pop." I chose Light Ivory, in part, as a way to pay homage to the original 911 R which was offered in Light Ivory. Subtle, classy, understated....awesome.

No only of the GT3 but if we go of the 991.2 GT3 to Touring formula the only major difference on the body will be no fixed wing.
The rest of the body the guards, bumper bars front and rear etc are identical as is the interior layout apart from all leather in the Touring versus a choice in the GT3.
The dash will be identical unfortunately.
I got a decent interior pic. Cocomats black sisal, my built from parts wood wheel, and my Amazon sheepskins on LWB. All in a rubber dash base interior, no wart, with the free leather dash and console trim. It’s about the least special interior, which makes it special (to me anyway).

So special . Do you have better pics of the black sisal cocomats?
thanks
