Fuchsitgrun as a paint color.

It exists, but you can’t have it PTS.

MT would not be a surprise.

It would be a mistake.

Whilst developing the forthcoming GT4 Porsche realised they didn't need to detune the new 4l NA engine as they could add larger side scoops to improve airflow to the engine. They also realised with some minor effort they could reduce the weight to 1350kg inc. PDK. With the simple addition of RAS they had designed a world beater.

They decided to call it the GT3 RS.

Some like the above would surprise everyone me included.

I can't see any surprise coming outside better aero, weight reduction a little more torque and HP - a manual wouldn't be surprise, it would be pointless but not a surprise.

To me its the GT4 that could get interesting.

A manual option doesn't neuter the RS if its also offered in PDK-S.

The introduction of PDK (and PDK-S) in the GT line significantly increased Porsche market share, and demand. Adding a MT wouldn't do that.

Porsche wants to grow the overall pie, not further segment it (a la BMW).

Whatever demand that PDK-S only cars for the GT cars left uncaptured by PAG was more than gobbled up with the introduction of the 991.2 GT3.

A MT 991.2 GT3 RS would merely increase marginal costs with little to no additional marginal revenue, to say nothing of marginal profit.

Manual is cheaper to build. Extra 2k in profit per car. $5k in profit if they offer an R lightweight flywheel.
