Yea, called and looks like it was a PEC used car. No wonder why it is so cheap. Market might be softening but not by that much

Wow, the 720S kind of owned that particular 2RS on that track on that day. Assuming both were ‘stock’?

How is this remotely stock with the wing off? Downforce matters

2RS was tuned with 100 hp over stock. Wing slows the car down. A stock car with wing off is still stock.

McL was stock, GT2RS had a Cobb tune and exhaust. That should have added fair bit, and since he took off the wing it was not detrimental from a drag perspective. Surprised the stock McL took down the tuned so handily in all 3 runs.

FIFY

On a straight line, it'll just add drag...

Apparently, active aero helps the Mclaren in a straight line.

Nah, that should actually make the car more attractive -- better to be the first owner and first name on title than to be second owner of a car someone else decided to pass on.

The video shows 100 hp gain with the tune.

For sure.
So you'll pay more for a car that was beat on by multiple drivers beforehand? Multiple people have already passed on this car hence the price

You are making assumptions but how certain are you it was a PEC car? Maybe it was the owner's or manager's personal car and has no track miles. Maybe it has lots of track miles. The proof is in the DME report.

I agree it's always better to be owner 1 rather than owner 2 no matter what the history of the car.

Good recon. I wonder if it is one of the cars used at the PEC for their driving courses. If so, the 5K miles is more like 50K as those cars are hammered every day, all day.

Doesn't the dealer have to disclose this?

Are GT3’s and GT2RS allocations still coming in, or are we just receiving GT3RS until they wrap up 991’s and get going on the new GT4 (4.0 PDK)
That GT4 is quite the little, light package...

You must believe they are discounting this by so much out in the Christmas spirit.
