Its with the 918 spyder group. I don't think it will be 100% but it should be much faster than a leisure cruise. We'll see.

After three days holed up in St Moritz, we hit the next batch of mountain passes. Sadly we had to abandon the Stelvio due to snow. Check out the screen shot I took of the Stelvio webcam on the day we we scheduled to drive it!

Over the next three days we did manage to do the Maloia, Offen, Jaufen and the mighty Timmeljoch 2,509m. We also did the 4 passes that make up the Sella Ronda... twice....once clockwise and then counter-clockwise - the Passo Sella 2.244m, Pordoi 2.121m, Campolongo 1.875m and Paso Gardena 2.239m.

So far 3,500 kms of driving with another 1,500km to go.

I'll be home in lake como next week in a rented alfa 4c (or whatever fun car I can find), will split my time between some Milan fashion week shenanigans and driving. I can't believe there is snow on Stelvio at the moment!!! My favorite route is leave parents house in Como, head to Maloia pass, to st moritz overnight.. Head down into Lichtenstein and then come back.. looks like I may have to try different routes this year.

It's all good ED springtime practice.

I took your tip and did the Maloia down from St Moritz and then back up. It's a nice little pass so thanks.

I live in Europe now so my brother and nephew flew out to join me for a bucket list drive. We broke out three cars from my garage and hit the road. Three aussies in 3 cars terrorising the mountain passes of Europe. So much fun!
