surprised with that with your global track endeavors not having driven that lap as yet , certainly a worth while goal

Haven't been driving the car enough, so driving up and shipping it back.
Hit some nice driving roads north of ATL.

Changed oil (Overfill warning lol), new MPSC2 tires, tired rotors (20 days front, 60 days original rear when I get home) and good RE10 pads (Only couple days on them) should get me through the end I hope for 2 days David Murry and 3 days PCA.

Was planning to ship the car west to Mooty from there but an emergency at work, so that got canned.

Will do a 2 year 24,000 mile, 60 track day middle-of-warranty-life service / refresh when I get back.
Come by and say hello at Goldcrest awning.

White Clubsport, #59. All 5 days

Make sure to go next door to Siebkins. Our Flatout stickers are on the ceiling somewhere, lot's of other memorabilia. A must stop. Make sure not to "do the Takahara"! That's a funny one.. may have the name wrong but look for the award with the steering wheel.

Have fun, hardest part is the Kink, real pucker factor there!

I've been here 4-5 times, so I know it well. Just not with this car yet.
I'll look for flat out stickers ;-)

What Laptime should I shoot for in Purple anyone know?
A 997rs on slicks I think is faster @ 2:25...

Ah. Thanks for this. Such a welcome relief to the new normal RL.

Mini mancation...
Although we haven't been acquainted, I still talk about your full blown next-level mancation that brought you north of the border some half dozen years ago.

Good on you!

Damn, I wish I would have seen this thread a few days ago, I would have offered assistance with anything as needed as I'm two hours from the track in Illinois.

I talked to a buddy yesterday about going up this weekend and it seems like there will be a few RLers there, so I may need to elevate this to more of a must-do than a be-nice-to-do. Just wish the GT4 Clubsport guys were racing like last year.

If I come up I'll be in a Sapphire Blue GT4.

As for lap times, I haven't watched your lap yet but I think a 2:20-22 is possible. I'm runninng a 2:32 in an E46 M3 on Pirelli slicks, and you have 140 more HP than me with a PDK. In the straights alone you'd easily put 10 seconds on me.

Be fast, be safe!
