No, Porro ran a 2:17 in his 997 CUP last year.
Stu Grand Am spec ran a 2:15 this week.

Understand. I help a friend w/ an early 997 Cup. He does low 2:18s consistently, but can get a 2:17 in a pack.
He has more race experience, RA track time, than 90% of the Red group at RA this weekend. And his car is FAR from stock, and I will leave it there. If you know the sound of a stock 997 Cup, you can pick out the 3.8 and 4.0L Cups.

Nice clean conservative lap yesterday, between the first 3 laps I did get a 2:23 TBL on these tires, so 2:23 for sure doable with good tires..

Beautiful weather and awesome track, what a week!

TRAKCAR >> Track battle wounds, but they'll clean up nicely. Toasted tires and rotors too. Don't think it won a concours contest Awesome road trip he made from FL to WI Nice guy & great to meet you at RA.
