Finally, the side mirrors on the 2 have a black piece for the full lower half while the .1 has partial which this car has.

That said, since most of you feel it is a .2 I probably am mistaken.
Interesting if the nub is relocated inside (hope so). It's clearly a .2 -- no question.

At least this one made across the pond back in June!
This Euro-spec was flown to the Porsche Experience
Center in Los Angeles in that month just for 'giggles'!

But what you are probably talking about is that
.2 991 gt3 deliveries to regular US customers
have not yet been reported!

This car was at the Porsche Parade in Spokane and was given to the outgoing liaison to the PCA Paul Gregor who greatly improved relations between Porsche and the PCA over the last 8 years. The is a Euro spec car. Beautiful car, I personally don't like the stripe on the seats.

Another .2 giveaway, look at the black plastic rocker trim. On the .2 (and on this car) it slopes upwards when it reaches the back of the car. On the .1 this trim continues parallel to the ground.

991.1

991.2

And no vent in the bumper as a .1 would have.

^ Looks like the same car Eduardo saw at the PEC, and the same car that was at the NYAS.

My judgment was influenced by the PCNA statement that no US .2GT3 cars will leave Germany until September 15. I took them at their word. Not smart on my part.

They meant US-spec customer retail deliveries.... the ones in the wild in these pics are not.

Good point as the turn signal indicators on the front are clear and not orange.
