Just realized that my 3.8 insert from the spoiler flew off.
Has this ever happened to anyone.

I doubt it "flew off' - someone swiped it I bet.

It is taped on so if the other side is not missing it is probable broke loose or you were being used as a mule to transport illegal contraband
